Health & readiness
The reassurance view — four endpoint checks, catalog consistency, and why nothing here ever asks you to act.
Health shows whether your integration is currently working. Monitoring switches on once your store reaches Active on your Path; before that, this page explains what will show up once it does.
Health never asks you to act directly — anything that needs fixing is already a task on your Path. This page is for checking in when something feels off, not for doing the fixing.
Endpoint health
Four synthetic checks run continuously against your live endpoints, the same way an agent would use them:
- Profile reachable — fetches your UCP profile and confirms it points back at Sarvex.
- Request signing — sends a signed request and confirms your endpoints verify it correctly. This is what proves a request really came from an agent, not something impersonating one.
- Capability handshake — confirms Sarvex and your endpoints still agree on what you support, before any agent tries to use it.
- Product lookup — looks a product up by id and checks it comes back with a price and availability.
Each check is Passing, Intermittent, Failing, or Timing out, with when it last passed and last failed. Together they roll up into one overall status:
- Healthy — all four are passing.
- Degraded — passing overall, but one or more checks are intermittent. Agents can still buy.
- Critical — one or more checks are failing outright. Agents may not be able to buy right now.
Statements
Below endpoint health, a set of plain-language statements covers the rest of what’s monitored:
- Consistency — whether your catalog still matches what’s being served to agents. If it doesn’t, you’ll see how many mismatches are serious versus minor.
- Sync freshness — whether agents are seeing your current catalog or an older version. A stale reading usually means your store hasn’t sent a change, or a sync didn’t finish — it catches up on its own once the next change comes through.
Consistency findings
When consistency isn’t clean, each disagreement is listed: the product (or, for an integration-wide problem, the Sarvex plugin itself), the field out of step — price, stock, availability, or a non-responding connection — the value each side reported, and when it was detected. Active alerts can be acknowledged or resolved directly from the page.
Health runs continuously in the background. Whatever needs you becomes a task on your Path — this page is where you see why, not where you fix it.
